Lifetime License Terms

By accessing or using the Service, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Lifetime License Terms.

These Lifetime License Terms (“Lifetime Terms”) form part of the Terms of Service (“Agreement”) between Automations Lab LLC, operating under the brand QuicklyBooked (“QuicklyBooked”, “we”, “us”, “our”), and the Client (“you”, “Customer”).

By purchasing or activating a Lifetime License, you agree to these Lifetime Terms.

1. What “Lifetime License” Means

A Lifetime License provides the Client with perpetual access to the QuicklyBooked Software plan level purchased (“Licensed Plan”) for the full lifetime of the QuicklyBooked platform.

This means:

  • It is not tied to your personal lifetime
  • It is not tied to a specific number of years
  • It is not tied to how long you remain a customer
  • It continues to apply as long as we operate and maintain the QuicklyBooked platform or a successor version of it

This definition follows standard industry practice for SaaS lifetime licenses.

2. What the Lifetime License Includes

Your Lifetime License grants:

  • perpetual activation of the plan level you purchased
  • access to core software features included in that plan
  • ongoing enhancements and improvements relevant to that plan
  • no recurring software licensing fees

Your plan level will not be downgraded.

3. What the Lifetime License Does Not Include

The Lifetime License applies only to the software license itself.

It does not include the operational components required to run the software online, such as:

  • hosting and server infrastructure
  • system updates and maintenance
  • data backups and security monitoring
  • notification infrastructure (email, SMS, WhatsApp)
  • support services
  • domain connection assistance

These services are provided under the Hosting, Security & Support Plan (“Hosting Plan”), which is billed separately and required for platform functionality.

If the Hosting Plan is cancelled:

  • the Lifetime License remains yours
  • however, the online system and features that rely on hosting will not function until the Hosting Plan is reactivated

This separation is standard in SaaS licensing.

4. Hosting, Security & Support Plan Requirement

To operate the platform reliably, an active Hosting Plan is required.

This plan covers:

  • hosting and uptime infrastructure
  • SSL and platform security
  • automated backups
  • notification delivery (email/SMS/WhatsApp)
  • performance optimisation
  • 24/7 AI support and human escalation support
  • access to templates and configuration guidance

The Hosting Plan ensures the system performs, stays online, and remains secure.

It is required for all active QuicklyBooked accounts, including Lifetime License accounts.

5. Ongoing Software Development

As with all cloud-based software:

  • features may evolve, improve, or be refined
  • integrations may change due to external provider requirements
  • interface updates may occur
  • new or advanced features may be introduced on higher-tier plans
  • system architecture may be updated or modernised over time

These improvements support long-term maintainability and do not impact your Lifetime License to the plan level you purchased.

6. Platform Continuity (Friendly Explanation)

The Lifetime License applies for as long as QuicklyBooked continues to operate the QuicklyBooked platform or its successor environments.

This reflects the standard definition of “lifetime” used throughout the SaaS industry: the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of a person.

If the platform evolves into an updated or successor system, your Lifetime License will continue to apply to your plan level within that new environment.

This clause simply clarifies expectations and does not indicate instability or risk; it is normal wording for all SaaS lifetime licenses.

7. Transferability

A Lifetime License is:

  • non-transferable
  • non-assignable
  • non-resalable

You may not transfer your license to another individual or business.

8. Refund Policy

Lifetime License purchases are:

  • final
  • non-refundable
  • non-cancellable
  • non-creditable

This applies regardless of usage, service changes, or business circumstances.

9. Governing Law

These Lifetime Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration as outlined in the Terms of Service.
