What are Packages in QuicklyBooked?

Packages in QuicklyBooked let you sell a bundle of services or sessions together, instead of clients booking and paying for each appointment separately.

They’re ideal for:

  • Discounted multi-session offers
  • Loyalty bundles
  • Prepaid appointments
  • Membership-style services

When a client purchases a package, they receive a set number of sessions or hours that can be redeemed later through your booking page. Each time they book a service included in the package, one session is deducted until the package is fully used or expires.

How do clients buy and use packages?

Clients can purchase packages directly from your QuicklyBooked booking page. After payment:

  • The package is linked to the client’s profile.
  • Available sessions appear as credits.
  • Future bookings use the package automatically with no extra charge.

Note: If you set an expiration date, sessions must be used before the package expires.

How do I create a package in QuicklyBooked?

You can create packages from the Services section of your QuicklyBooked dashboard.

When creating a package, you can define:

  • Package name & description
  • Price and optional discount
  • Included services
  • Usage rules (limits & expiration)
  • Images and branding

Once saved, the package appears on your booking page and is automatically linked to client profiles when purchased.

How do I edit a package?

To manage existing offers, go to Appointments → Packages, click the three dots next to a package, and select Edit Package. You can modify the following sections:

Details

Update the identity of your package:

  • Name and Description.
  • Image and brand color.
  • Expiration or usage deadlines.

Services

Control exactly how the package can be used:

  • Set minimum and maximum bookings per service.
  • Limit total appointments across the package.
  • Example: A package includes Massage and Facial. You could set it for 2–5 Massages, up to 3 Facials, and a maximum of 6 total appointments to ensure balanced usage.

Price

Manage your revenue settings:

  • Package price and Original (strikethrough) price.
  • Taxes and Payment methods.
  • Optional deposits.

Gallery

Add multiple images to showcase the package. These appear in the More Info section on the booking page to help convert clients.

Settings

Set a custom redirect URL to send clients to a specific "Thank You" or "Onboarding" page after a successful purchase.

How do packages appear on the booking page?

Packages appear alongside regular services on your booking page.

Instead of showing a duration, package cards display:

  • Number of included sessions
  • Package price
  • Services covered

This clearly differentiates them from single appointments and highlights the value to the client.

How do clients book a package?

The booking process is streamlined for package holders.

Each service in the package appears as a dropdown:

  • Select employee
  • Choose location
  • Pick date & time

If only one option exists (e.g., one location), it’s pre-selected automatically. If the minimum required appointments are already booked, the Date & Time step can be skipped for faster checkout.

How do clients track their packages?

QuicklyBooked provides a dedicated area for clients to manage their credits. When clients log into their account, they’ll see a Packages tab next to Appointments, where they can view:

  • Package name and Price.
  • Expiration date.
  • Booked and remaining sessions.
  • Quick access to book remaining appointments.

This keeps everything transparent and easy.
